是一個(gè)人具備什么樣子的能力，有什么特長，有什么天賦，可以做哪些事情可以做得特別好?或者說哪些事情比較不擅長?這屬于能力層次的信息。

并非是指頭銜，它是指一個(gè)人在內(nèi)心世界里對(duì)自我的定位。那么NLP里講的身份是內(nèi)在對(duì)自我的肯定。簡(jiǎn)單來說就是在人生當(dāng)中要成為什么樣的人。當(dāng)對(duì)自己的身份有這樣一個(gè)定位，才能夠有效地去吸引到想要的資源和條件，也才能有效地支持個(gè)體去實(shí)現(xiàn)人生的理想，還能有效地把對(duì)個(gè)體沒有支持、沒有用的其他東西放下。

It is not a title, it refers to a person's positioning of themselves in their inner world. So the identity mentioned in NLP is an internal affirmation of oneself.
