  一、服務(wù)費(fèi)用收取方式

1、 Service fee collection method

  獵頭公司收取服務(wù)費(fèi)用一般是按照入職候選人的年薪百分比來(lái)收取的,即是說(shuō)候選人的年薪越高,獵頭公司收取的服務(wù)費(fèi)也就越多。所以很多企業(yè)客戶(hù)就擔(dān)心獵頭公司與候選人合伙欺騙,但其實(shí)大獵頭公司是不會(huì)做這種自砸招牌的事情。這個(gè)問(wèn)題有兩種方式,一是候選人的薪資由候選人與企業(yè)客戶(hù)見(jiàn)面之后商討,給獵頭公司一個(gè)薪酬范圍;另外一種是商定一個(gè)固定的服務(wù)費(fèi)用,不按候選人年薪百分比執(zhí)行。

  獵頭公司對(duì)候選人入職,一般會(huì)有對(duì)在崗的一個(gè)服務(wù)保障時(shí)間,常見(jiàn)為三個(gè)月,即是在這段時(shí)間內(nèi),若企業(yè)評(píng)判候選人不合適,則獵頭公司有義務(wù)給客戶(hù)繼續(xù)合適人才。但不少企業(yè)同時(shí)也擔(dān)心三個(gè)月的時(shí)間太短,不能完全判斷是否合適。這樣的擔(dān)憂(yōu)無(wú)可厚非,但也沒(méi)必要。獵頭公司在候選人之前都會(huì)進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格的篩選,考察其是否有能力來(lái)勝任這份工作,入職之后三個(gè)月的試用期也有足夠的時(shí)間,給企業(yè)做出是否繼續(xù)錄用該人選的決策。相比企業(yè)的用人風(fēng)險(xiǎn),候選人跳槽的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)則更大,而且獵頭公司的候選人跳槽經(jīng)歷一般不會(huì)很頻繁,在接受獵頭公司的也是很慎重的。

  三、預(yù)付款不退

  企業(yè)在與獵頭公司簽訂合同之時(shí),便要付一部分的預(yù)付款,即定金,同時(shí)是不退還的。獵頭公司經(jīng)過(guò)一段時(shí)間的獵頭服務(wù),企業(yè)仍然沒(méi)有找到合適的人選,就會(huì)要求獵頭公司退還定金,而獵頭公司則是不予以退還的。因?yàn)榧词公C頭公司終沒(méi)能幫企業(yè)找到合適的人才,但前期也付出了時(shí)間和精力,也是需要成本的。如果認(rèn)為獵頭公司是靠這些定金來(lái)發(fā)展的話(huà),那你的大錯(cuò)特錯(cuò)了。

  買(mǎi)東西找熟人,是一種常見(jiàn)的互利模式。與獵頭公司簽訂長(zhǎng)期的合作協(xié)議,可以獲得相對(duì)較低的服務(wù),同時(shí)也保證獵頭公司有足夠的業(yè)務(wù)可開(kāi)展,對(duì)該企業(yè)的用人理念也會(huì)把握得更好一點(diǎn)。若是目前還沒(méi)有長(zhǎng)期和獵頭公司合作的計(jì)劃,也可以采用多崗位委托的方式來(lái)降低服務(wù)。

Buying things and finding acquaintances is a common mode of mutual benefit. Signing a long-term cooperation agreement with a headhunting company can provide relatively low service prices, while also ensuring that the headhunting company has sufficient business to carry out, and will have a better grasp of the company's employment philosophy.
